Amanda Neary

Amanda is the founder of Ember Event Management and has been helping couples bring their wedding dreams to life for nearly a decade.

She got her start as an intern for established planners and still remembers the feeling of awe and honor she felt setting up for her very first wedding. That sense of purpose and magic has stayed with her ever since.

With extensive experience managing downtown wedding venues and supporting everyone from florists to caterers, Amanda brings a well-rounded perspective and a calm, capable presence to every event. She thrives on guiding couples through their planning journey—and nothing makes her happier than seeing it all come together on the big day.

Her favorite moments? When couples (and sometimes guests!) pull her aside at the end of the night to say thank you for helping create a day they’ll remember forever. That’s the kind of impact she strives for with every wedding.

When she’s not coordinating weddings, Amanda’s usually making dinner for the family (#momlife), wrangling her baby girl and Frenchton pup, or diving into a new home project—whether that’s sanding floors, picking out wallpaper, or digging in the garden. She’s happiest when surrounded by family, who instilled in her a love for get-togethers and a good party.
