Whether your ceremony and reception are in different locations, you’ve got a large bridal party, or you're juggling multiple rentals and vendors, we thrive in keeping all the pieces running smoothly.

We typically work with non-religious weddings or couples blending cultural or traditional elements into a modern, personal celebration!

What is the difference between your services and my venue coordinator’s responsibilities.

Venue coordinators handle the venue’s logistics, making sure the space is set up and ready, and they’re the go-to for venue-specific questions. They focus on the venue's smooth operation, but their role doesn’t always extend to the whole event. An event planner, on the other hand, is your go-to person for everything—acting as an extension of the couple throughout the entire planning process. They help with the planning, offer support every step of the way, manage vendors, handle any last-minute changes, and ensure your day runs smoothly from start to finish.
