Alex & Al: Personalized Touches with Partial Planning
When Alex and her mom chose Kettle Ridge, a picturesque outdoor property with a modern barn for dancing, they quickly realized there were many moving parts to manage: tents, rentals, family-style dining, and coordinating over 200 guests.
With much of the venue being outdoors and the couple using a lot of rental equipment, Alex’s mom had trouble picturing how everything would come together. After a detailed planning session with both Alex and her mom, we crafted a seamless timeline that ensured the event ran smoothly, with every detail carefully coordinated.
On top of coordinating the logistics, I was also able to add personalized touches with florals and custom signage, making Alex's vision come to life from start to finish.
"Amanda was a lifesaver during my daughter’s wedding, handling everything from coordinating with vendors to overseeing the rehearsal. She made the whole process so much easier for us."

JP & Erica: A Destination Wedding in the Finger Lakes
When JP and Erica approached Ember, they envisioned a destination wedding that would offer their 150 guests a true getaway experience. Together, we selected Seneca Ridge in the Finger Lakes as the ideal venue—a stunning location featuring a beautifully renovated homestead for getting ready and a spacious sailcloth tent overlooking serene water views.
With 100 plus guests in attendance, there were many moving parts to coordinate, from organizing accommodations and shuttle services to renting flatware, linens, and table setups. Through detailed planning and coordination, Ember ensured every aspect of the wedding came together flawlessly. The result was a seamless celebration that allowed JP, Erica, and their guests to relax and fully enjoy their day.
“Amanda literally made our day perfect and I can’t say that enough.”

Olivia & Josh: Tying it All Together with Day-of Coordination
Olivia and Josh came to Ember a few months before their wedding, having already planned a lot of the details. With a venue that provided all the essentials—furniture, food, and staff—Olivia’s organized approach meant everything was set. However, they wanted to ensure their hard work paid off and that they could fully enjoy the day without being pulled away from their guests or each other.
Opting for Ember’s day-of planning package, they had a few meetings to finalize the details, and then Ember took over the coordination. On the wedding day, Ember managed the setup, vendor communication, and all logistics to ensure everything ran smoothly. This allowed Olivia and Josh to focus on celebrating with family and friends, stress-free.
"We thought we could handle our wedding planning on our own, but once we met Amanda, we knew we needed help. She brought so much expertise and thoughtfulness to every meeting."

“We hired [Ember] for our wedding and it was single-handedly the best decision we made for our day. I can't say enough good things. She reached out to all vendors in the weeks prior to confirm details, setup decor, cleaned up, brought us drinks, and made our day run smoothly. She helped me make my dream wedding come to life. I could not imagine the day or the planning without her.”
